In Dec of 2009, I pulled Jessica out of 6th grade at the Jr high and decided to homeschool her, after the public schools failed to educate her. We used an online curriculumfor the remainder of that year. Since Jadin was in 5th grade, I decided he would not be attending the Jr High either and I enrolled them both in a charter school in Cottage Grove. It is called Academy of Character Education. The absolutely most amazingly WONDERFUL school and we are SO blessed to be a part of it! (to be continued later)
